Track Your Order

You can track the real-time status of your orders directly within your Shoppady account. Here is how:

1. Login to your Shoppady account on the web or mobile app.
2. Navigate to your Account or Profile section.
3. Tap on My Orders to see a full list of your purchases.
4. Select any specific order to view its detailed timeline.

When can I cancel?

You can cancel your order at any time before it is marked as "Ready for Delivery". Once the vendor has prepared the item and booked delivery, the order can no longer be cancelled through the app.

How to cancel:

• Open the Order Details page for the item you wish to cancel.
• If the "Cancel Order" button is visible, tap it to initiate the request.
• If you've already paid, a full refund (including delivery fees) will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
• You can also Chat with the Vendor directly to request a change or cancellation if the button is not available.

How to leave a review:

• Wait until your order status is marked as Delivered.
• Go to My Orders and select the product you want to review.
• Tap the "Write Review" button.
• Provide a star rating (1 to 5 stars).
• Write your comments (must be between 5 and 100 characters).
• Attach up to 5 high-quality photos of the product to show others what to expect.
