Find answers to common questions about orders, delivery, returns, and more.

Find the product you want by either typing in the search bar or browsing through the product category page, then click on your preferred product.

  1. View the product images and read the description to ensure it is what you want.
  2. Select your preferred size or color from the available options.
  3. Click on “Add to Basket.”
  4. Click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Fill in your details. The shipping/delivery fee will be automatically calculated based on your address. Leave it empty to use your default address.
  6. Click on “Continue to Payment.” Based on your delivery address and quantity of products, you may see the option “Pay on Delivery.”
  7. If “Pay on Delivery” is available, confirm to complete your order. If you choose “Continue to Payment,” select your preferred payment method (Mobile Money or Card) and follow the prompts.

Once payment is successful, your order is complete. You can view and track your orders from your account.

Before delivery (order placed and paid, but not yet delivered):

  • You can get a full refund or switch to another product of the same price.

After delivery:

  • Only the product cost is refundable (delivery fees are not refundable).
  • Replacements can be done at an additional delivery cost.

Wrong product delivered:

  • You are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.

Note: Refunds or replacements cannot be done after 48 hours after delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance between the delivery address and the seller’s location.

  • Orders within the same town or city are delivered the same day or the next day.
  • Orders from different towns or cities are delivered within 24–72 hours.

Products are owned and managed by independent sellers. Shoppady does not own any products.

Fraud prevention is a top priority at Shoppady. We take the following measures:

  • Every seller is verified using documentation and, where possible, in-person checks.
  • All payments go through Shoppady before funds are disbursed to sellers.
  • Every delivery package is cross-checked to ensure it matches the order.
